Solid hard maple with walnut trim Cutting Board
There's a juice grove on one side and the other side is a solid surface.
The board has been treated with two (2) coats of food grade mineral oil and then a coat of food grade butcher block conditioner on both sides and all of the edges.
The cutting surface measures 16 inches x 9 3/4 inches x 1 1/4 inch thick.
Everything is custom made from real wood which means that no two items will be identical due to the nature of wood and its natural imperfections. However if you are not happy with the results please contact me to arrange for a return.
